Yes on Measure 20-373!

Protect our drinking water with a Watersheds Bill of Rights!

Measure 20-373 takes a preventative, commonsense approach to water protection. It affirms the community’s right to clean, safe water and gives local residents tools to act before widespread contamination occurs. By prioritizing watershed health, the measure helps safeguard local businesses, protect the health of families, and strengthens Lane County’s local economy.

Rights of Nature means that ecosystems cannot be so degraded, either through over consumption or pollution, that they are unable to regenerate their natural cycles and evolve naturally, causing them to collapse.
